The Analog Cockpit is an actual Convair 880. With analog gauges, an engineering panel and an exterior shell, this cockpit reads "1960s/1970s style cockpit." In fact, this is the actual cockpit mock-up that was used in the classic comedy film "Airplane!" The windows fly away, making it easy to shoot from the front "through the glass" and it also splits in half, giving more coverage options while also making the set easily transportable.
