LOS ANGELES, CA – Air Hollywood, through its 35 mm collection of aviation stock footage, has partnered with Getty Images, the leader in stock photography and footage for several different industries. This partnership will expose Air Hollywood’s unique collection of aviation stock footage of rare and difficult to recreate aerial and establishing shots from around the globe.
Air Hollywood has sought partnership opportunities that can effectively generate awareness and exposure of Air Hollywood’s unique product. “It took some time but we were able to complete this deal which puts us at a clear advantage as we begin positioning for worldwide expansion,” said Talaat Captan, President of Air Hollywood.
The Library will be available for online previewing and distribution at www.gettyimages.com in the fall of 2004. And while Getty gains exclusive representation of the library, Air Hollywood has maintained the right to sell directly to consumers it is able to attract on its own. Air Hollywood is a Los Angeles based studio that specializes in aviation-themed production services, including a 200-foot long airport terminal standing set, several commercial airplane interiors, executive jet mock-ups, cockpits, props and stock footage.
